International Assessment of Agricultural Science and Technology - Input invited before October 22

Dear Equator Net Members,

An International Assessment of Agricultural Science and Technology for Development (IAASTD) has taken place over the past three years. The draft report is written, and now they want to hear from YOU!

What do YOU think about the state of the world’s agricultural affairs? What needs to be done to assure a future of sustainable agriculture? How should this happen so that we can also reduce hunger & poverty, improve health & rural livelihoods, and be mindful of environmental, social & economic sustainability?

The International Agricultural Assessment team wants to hear YOUR views to complete their assessment. To read the report and leave your ideas behind, just click on the following link: www.agassessment.org/index.cfm?Page=About_IAASTD&ItemID=2.

Please note that comments will be accepted until the 22nd of October.

Warm regards,
Gaby
